I was at Walgreens stocking up on some of their Back to School great deals when I grabbed some Epsome salts that they have for $5.99 B1G1.
They carry two types regular and Lavender . You pay $ 5.99 and get 2 of the same kind.
I'm planning on using this for Bath salts and maybe give some of it as gifts for friends.
It can also be used as a bath soak for kids to calm them . How I dream of calm nights after using this for my kids night bath.
Another use is for those tired feet after a long day running after the kids.

salam sister,
Glad to see you back here! Wow! Can't believe you moved to the US. How do you like it here?
Epsom salts are nice for baths, but $5.99 is a lot for a bag! I usually don't pay more than a couple of dollars. :-) But then again, those look more fancy than the one I buy.
Sister Umm Omar,
They are $5.99 for 2 lavender epsom salt bags.
That's 3 a bag & I think the regular ones were cheaper.
as salaamu alaykum,
i like to use the regular epsom salt as fertilizer for my plants and garden. the strawberries loooove it. and my house plants do to.
the recipe is dissolve 2 tablespoons epsom salt in 1 gallon of water. feed the plants with this once a month.
you can read more about it on my blog http://prettymoney.wordpress.com/2009/11/04/epsom-salt-fertilize-on-the-cheap/
@ Damsel
Thanks for the tip dear. I will try that with house plants.
